2. Purpose
The site is a platform for organising and following sports tournaments: organisers create their tournaments, players enter them and look up tables, calendars and brackets, and captains report results.
The owner does not organise the tournaments published on it: each club or organiser does, and answers for them.
3. Intellectual property
The design, the code and the platform's own texts belong to its owner or are used under licence. The names, logos and images that clubs and users provide belong to whoever provides them, who declares they have the right to use them and gives the platform the permission needed to show them in the tournament or club where they are published.
The site may not be copied or reused, except as the law allows or in writing.
4. Liability
The owner tries to keep the information on the site correct and the service available, but does not guarantee there will be no errors or interruptions, and is not responsible for what organisers and users provide (bases, schedules, results, fees, prizes).
If anyone believes some content breaks the law or their rights, they can write to [to be completed] saying which content it is and why; it will be reviewed and, if appropriate, removed.
5. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data is explained in the privacy policy, and the cookies the site uses in the cookie policy. Both are part of this notice.
