Tornevo

Terms of use

Version 2026-10-16 · updated on October 16, 2026

These terms govern the use of the platform by whoever creates an account or uses it to play, follow or look up tournaments. If you organise a tournament for a club, the terms for organisers also apply.

1. Who offers the service

The service is offered by [to be completed] (tax ID [to be completed]), at https://tornevo.com. Its full details and how to contact it are in the legal notice.

2. Acceptance and changes

To create an account you have to accept these terms and the privacy policy. The version accepted (2026-10-16 is the current one) and the moment are recorded.

If the terms change in a way that affects you, you will be asked to accept them again before going on using your account. Meanwhile you can download your data or delete the account from My account.

3. Your account

  • You must be of the minimum age shown when the account is created (14 as a general rule in Spain). Someone under that age can play, but the club enters them and their guardian authorises their data.
  • The details you give when you sign up must be true and kept up to date.
  • Your password is personal. Tell us if you think someone else knows it.
  • An account belongs to one person; it is not shared or handed over.

4. Permitted use

You can use the platform for what it is for: entering, playing, reporting results and looking up tournaments. You may not:

  • pretend to be someone else or give false details;
  • upload content that is illegal, offensive or breaks third parties' rights;
  • alter results or tables without the authority to do so;
  • try to reach data or accounts that are not yours, or overload or damage the service;
  • use other players' data for anything other than taking part in the tournament.

5. What you provide

The names, results, images and messages you provide are yours. You give us permission to store them and show them in the tournament or club where you publish them, according to the visibility chosen, for as long as they stay there. You can ask for them to be corrected or removed, as the privacy policy explains.

6. Tournaments and organisers

Each tournament is organised by a club or organiser, who sets its bases, fees, prizes, calendar and rules of play, and answers for them. The platform is the tool: it is not a party to the agreement between organiser and player, does not collect entry fees from players and does not guarantee that a tournament takes place.

Results are reported by a captain and confirmed by the opponent; if they disagree or nobody answers, the club or a referee decides, under the tournament's rules.

7. Minors

The data of someone under 18 who plays a tournament is handled by the club with their guardian's authorisation. Without it, their name is not shown in full on public pages. The guardian can look at, correct or remove that data from the link they receive by email or from their account.

8. Availability of the service

Backups are made and the service is watched, but there may be outages for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We may change, add or withdraw features; if a change harms you substantially, notice will be given in reasonable time.

9. Liability

The service is offered as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for what depends on organisers (whether a tournament takes place, prizes, injuries, insurance). None of this limits the rights the law gives consumers, nor liability that cannot be excluded.

10. Suspension and leaving

You can delete your account whenever you like from My account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk; you will be told by email, unless the law or security prevents it. What has already been played in a tournament is kept with your personal data anonymised, because it is part of other people's results.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your home are competent. For questions or complaints, write to [to be completed].
